About Me

I am a lover of all things created, history, travel, art and literature. I spend my time with family and friends, working hard and creating things, pretty much in that order. My passion is to make beautiful things to wear, mostly accessories, jewelry, belts, clutches, hair adornments, brooches etc. I create mostly using fabric , fibres, metals, jewels, pins, chain, clips, buttons and more. I have a shop on Etsy.com which I sometimes have a little trouble maintaining depending on the time of year and how busy I am. Check out my Etsy Shop www.etsy.com/shop/dressedtothe9s or click on the box on the left to go directly there.

Eiffel Towers?

Hi all, I hope you are having a wonderful day.. I am still not feeling that great (hence the lack of posts) but a few percentage points better every day. I would not wish this on anyone...Yes!! not even my worst enemy, although I hate to think I even have one...hmmm food for thought..!
I just wanted to post the cutest little Eiffel Towers that my daughter made for one of her classes. I am sure I have mentioned before that she is at University getting her Bachelor of Fine Arts, don't ask what class these were for, maybe something to do with form and function...anyway here they are.

All carefully made from cardboard

  1. Those are cute. I'm new here and am just looking around. I entered the giveaway you sponsored with Blogdom. Thank you for that.

You and your daughter are very talented. My mother is like that. She sews, quilts, knits, crochetes, paints, sculpts, makes floral arrangements, scrapbooks. You name it she can do it. She will be 74 this year and she is still at it.
We do craft shows in the fall. The only talent I have is the gift of gab.

Both my brothers were blessed with talents.

    I like your shop.

    Thanks again
